If all you're seeking to do is zone the land in Ajax and Pickering to build a gigantic hellscape of hundreds of identical townhomes at a million dollars each, please reconsider.

We need transit, walkable communities and jobs IN AJAX and PICKERING. Having more legions of townhomes where each family living in it is required to own two cars and drive everywhere it just lets money and investment leave our communities. Just look at the abysmal vote turnout for Ajax and you'll see how apathetic the people who live here are.
