I DO NOT support developing…

I DO NOT support developing any of the green belt. What’s the point of protected land if you’re just going to develop it when it benefits you? Urban sprawl is not the solution and it will not make housing more affordable. Build apartment buildings in cities, build affordable housing in cities. No more urban sprawl. Save the green belt. If we keep developing that land we don’t get it back. Already all the best agricultural land is under the GTA and that’s never coming back. There is value in undeveloped land. And you’ll miss it greatly when you’ve created a concrete mess that is inhabitable.
