Absolutely not. Stop destroying our ecosystems. Use vacant buildings in the area to house the homeless. We do not need mansions on the green belt for Doug and his cronies. We pay a carbon tax to help the environment and this guy gets to destroy it in one fell swoop? What in the name of God gives him the right to do this?
