This is an attack on the environment and on democracy. The PCs were re-elected on the premise that you would not open the Greenbelt for development. You have lost my vote.

Allowing development in any section of the Greenbelt will jeopardize the entire Greenbelt, as land speculators will be lining up. Also, the Greenbelt is a complex ecosystem - you can't simply "swap land."

Repeal Bill 23. Do not silence the voices of other democratically elected representatives, conservation authorities, and the public.

There are already THOUSANDS of acres approved for development that haven't been touched. There is no valid reason to develop in the Greenbelt. This will only increase our taxes and the risk of flooding.
