I think this proposal is horrendous and will sacrifice our future in the name of building homes in bad places that will not address any of the myriad crises we face. We need to intensify the neighbourhoods we have, not build expensive subdivisions in places that are car dependent and that require a lot of expensive infrastructure. That’s stupid.
