Ok Doug Ford and gang! What are you doing taking back the green space we were promised?
The developers are only going to continue putting up gigantic mansions on our ever sprawling cities and suburbs. Keep the green space and develop some less fertile land not previously promised to the people to stop urban sprawl.
Developers should be putting up simple two and three bedroom bungalows similar to the post wwii housing. No frills just the basics. One or 11/2 bathrooms with good high basements that the owners can finish if they can afford. Older people don’t want monster houses either. PROTECT OUR GREEN SPACES AND WETLANDS NOW!
