I would like to oppose of all what's being proposed. These proposals, for ex. to reduce park space requirements, will make for sad neighbourhoods and lead to marginalization and an increase in health issues due to lack of exposure to nature and the ecosystem services that parklands provides. This is not how homes are built, these proposals only serve to benefit developers and to carve away at existing and thoughtful land-use planning tools.
