This bill is a disgusting land grab that does nothing but fill the pockets of developers at the cost of environmentally sensitive land. Do you like floods? Do you like climate change? Congratulations, because Bill 23 will give you all of this for the low, low price of McMansion subdivisions. Once paved, that land is gone for good. This is farmland; these are habitats; these are wetlands. These are not a payback for the Cortelluccis and the DeGasperis family.
