This plan is dangerous and does not address the housing concerns of most people. The environmental impact on the Golden Horseshoe area will undoubtedly be negative. The housing has no guarantee of being affordable. And there is no plan to future proof this situation by ensuring new housing is designed with more growth in mind (vertical building, etc.). I do not support this plan.
