These areas are a critical resource that helps us all stay healthy by giving us clean natural areas. Many people love hiking and being outdoors which is another reason why we need our natural areas.
There are other suitable lands that can be developed on and destroying the green belt is not the way to go.
There needs to be serious consideration and research done before destroying these areas and fast tracking these amendment seems very dangerous.
