From Cottage owner in Rondeau Provincial Park

We are the owners of a generational cottage in Rondeau Park and have been associated with the cottage since 1949.

We agree with the proposal to extend the leases for two years. The purpose of the extension is to allow time for a permanent solution for the cottage owners to purchase with cottage lots.

We have been through the trauma of numerous lease extensions and it is time to develop a plan to allow us to purchase our lots.

The best way to do this is a sale of our lots under Section 9(3) of the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act of 2006 as directed by Minister Jeff Yurek.
