The proposal needs to be approved. The Park Plan is very out of date and needs a full revision with recognition that the cottage community belongs in Rondeau permanently. The best way forward is to implement the purchase plan that Chatham-Kent proposed and the Minister agreed to and shook on it. The government needs to keep its promise.
