The 2 year lease extension…

The 2 year lease extension should be approved to allow time to develop a permanent solution for Rondeau's heritage cottages to remain. Rondeau Park was chartered for cottaging in 1894 and cottages have always been a part of Rondeau. They exist on 0.6%of the Park and are in harmony with the environment there. It is shameful the way that Ontario Parks treats the cottage owners. They are good stewards of the land and welcome birdwatchers, campers and day users. There is room for everyone.
