I live in Grimsby and our infrastructure is already severely challenged with the continued expansion and growth this formerly small town has seen. There is no public transit, and most of the main roads/arteries are single lane. The town's municipal facilities, as well as public facilities like restaurants, grocery and shopping are already overcrowded. Many intersections have grown so busy and traffic lights (which are becoming necessary) are not installed. If this moves ahead, the corresponding public improvements and investment will also be needed.
