Considering the circumstances around this proposal, it seems borderline criminal that there isn't a call for more scrutiny. Ontario has plenty of land for development and this current plan appears to benefit nobody except the developers. Why isn't there more focus on fixing the current housing problems with real solutions rather than building more expensive housing that only lines the pockets of Ford's buddies? It's a shame and a sham.
