Although I'm in favour of increasing density in the Province's cities, I'm not in favour of people losing their voice to "streamline" the process.

Your proposal to "streamline" park land requirements means that these changes would fundamentally reduce the quality of living in the new areas, by circumventing the need to provide recreational space and park land, and by silencing the voices of local the voting public to help decide best what is happening in their own communities.
