Good morning. I was stunned to hear the PC government is opening up the greenbelt area to development. I am concerned with the optics as a number of the areas that are proposed to being developed are owned by developers associated with the PC government. I also do not think reducing the developmental fees is a good idea as the burden will then fall to current residents who will incur a property tax increase as stated by a number of critics.

I hope you put this idea to rest and do not go ahead with it.
