I am deeply upset about Bill 23. You promised to leave the greenbelt alone. Now you are authorising new building without any concern for the municipalities which will have to support these developments with reduced fees to the point where senior citizens like me will have their taxes increased to cover these expenses. You must not pass this bill. Clearly further consultation is required. Building within city boundaries and increasing density will make cities more livable and sustainable.
