We need to maintain ALL of our green belt for now and future generations. We need these lands to ensure an ecologically sound living habitat for us humans. A better solution is providing supports for existing landlords with resources to improve their existing properties for sustainable low income earners use. It is NOT in anyones interest ( except land developers, middle to upper income earners and Doug Ford and his self interests) to develop green belt lands! It is outrageous and will be REMEMBERED come election time negatively for Doug Ford and his cronies.
