Protection of Canadas green spaces should be a priority, now and always. In todays world keeping the Greenbelt protected for future Canadians to enjoy is even more important than before. Canadians seek areas to embrace and take in Canadas natural beauty, to understand why we should be proud to call Ontario our home. When other Canadians or other people visit Ontario, they do not come to see housing infrastructure and construction, they come to hike the escarpment and enjoy the beautiful parks and protected Greenland. In todays climate maintaining valuable green space is even more significant and important, and once green space is flattened for housing and construction there is pretty much no going back. Please, save the greenbelt and do not destroy Canada and Ontarios natural beauty.
