We need Conservation…

We need Conservation Authorities, Greenbelt protection, and support of the MNR, and other provincial organizations to help with restoration of waterways, nature reserves all to protect the bio-diversity here in Ontario. Even the Auditor General in her report speaks about the risk of flooding and lack of staff to help protect the ecology of the Niagara Escarpment.
She also talks about invasive plants how they sold in Ontario without regulation that pose threats to our native plants.
We need to protect more for future generations, and cities should adapt to higher density.
Without proper protections, we are putting fresh water at risk. We need to promote sustainable farming as this is sustainable, this is the way Europe is going. We can't rely on China for food and products anymore, that is not a trusted source. We need to be more sustainable.
