To whom it may concern:
I strongly oppose the reduction of the Greenbelt. I strongly oppose any form of construction of homes or roads in the Greenbelt. We as a province need to keep this area protected at any cost. I do not believe that this "housing crisis" is quite so dire that we need to dig into the Greenbelt. I myself would be hesitant to purchase any of these homes that developers are rushing to build as I would not be assured that my home would not be situated on a flood plain. I think this action is a reckless step made by the government, without any thought to long term consequences of this action. Correct me if I am wrong but ,I do not believe one report/ study/assessment sent to the government supports this action.
I can say that my support for this government diminishes by the minute.
