I am wholeheartedly against boundary expansion and the compromise of the Greenbelt. There are many options for creating more housing where needed, including perhaps most importantly, increasing urban density. Increasing urban density would decrease the vacant lots in my hometown of Hamilton, which is an important protection against the broken window theory of crime. I feel that if enacted, the destruction of the Greenbelt would be a massive betrayal of public trust by Doug Ford and the Conservative Party.

No Greenbelt Amendments. Protect nature and farmers. Improve cities by increasing density.
