This is the most blatant land grab for developers I have ever seen. In the middle of a housing crisis, which is erroneously being used as the excuse to build on valuable farm and wetland. This is not the solution for thousands of people desperately trying to find affordable rent or mortgages. Not only will the plan not solve the housing crisis, it will further erode public trust in the Ontario government.
