Please repeal Bill 23 along with these proposed changes to additional residential units.
Additional units need to be built in accordance with local regulations (which also need to be encouraging Sustainability) and not superseding them.
Proper development charges, parkland dedications and community services also need to continue and not be curtailed.
These changes are not in the best public interest and appear that they will do little to build more houses, any faster.
