I am completely baffled by the government is considering this legislation. If there is a problem with shipping containers becoming vessels, deal with the problem. As a boater and visitor to many anchorages in Georgian Bay, we would be completely cut off from many of the spots we love. Please deal with the problems and not the boaters who have been visiting these sites for decades. The Millionaires who live on these beautiful waters should not be the only citizens that are able to access waters in Ontario.
