I strongly agree that this should be passed. With having any boat docked close to a cottage or property, I feel there needs to be a good distance. It first is a hazard because we have had people come onto our island and even start bonfires. This is hazardous. Owners pay a lot of taxes to have their private property, which should stay private. It is a major stressor for property owners. The boats give off waste and pollution which should not be too close for health reasons. My family has dealt with this problem for decades and it has always been an issue
