This is the most outrageous proposal I’ve ever heard of, just another example of government interference in everyone’s life. Keep your hands of our favorite pastime and put your efforts into something constructive instead of trying regulate the water ways that belong to all of us. Good luck in trying to regulate such a law as I for one will continue to enjoy my boat responsibly regardless of whether this proposal is passed or not. If people are abusing the shoreline then deal with them, don’t throw a blanket over all of the responsible boat owners who mostly obey and respect the waterways.
