The proposed 300 metre set back from developed shoreline for anchoring overnight while cruising would make most anchorages that are now available to cruisers no longer available in the Bay of Quinte and the Thousand Islands. The 100 metre limit should be quite acceptable as that is the length of a Canadian football field. That is a long distance.
