I fully support these proposed changes and would support tougher rules.
These organizations want all the benefits of the local infrastructure but do not want to help fund it.
As a property owner I cannot agree that I pay taxes then someone can park one of these right off my property and not be required to pay taxes or contribute to the community.
Please keep up the good work of providing the proper controls on this emerging trend.
