This proposed change is a good first step in controlling floating homes. While i will not go into detail on the negative impacts of these structures, suffice to say they are numerous and significant.
My specific comment is that the distance for these floating containers from existing structures which is proposed at 300 Meters is not enough. A minimum distance should be 1000 M or one kilometer to ensure that they dont impact existing, legal and tax paying citizens who are seeking quiet enjoyment of their property.
