We own a cottage in Gloucester Pool and entirely oppose the floating homes. We are required to pay taxes, severely regulated in terms if building even updating our dock so that the environment can be protected. Why is it fine for these floating homes to be allowed to do as they please in how they dispose of gray water or where they can anchor. They are an eyesore as well.
