With the most dire warnings ever just issued by the scientific community, it is unconscionable to repeal the Green Energy Act. it worked and worked well. There are no perfect programs, but there isn't time anymore to re-invent the wheel on legislation that works. Tremendous work has been done internationally to identify the 100 most effective and measurable ways to reduce greenhouse gases by the Drawdown Project. We ignore this at our peril.
