Please do not repeal the Cap…

Please do not repeal the Cap and Trade program. There is too much at stake to cancel a program in an attempt to distance yourself from the previous government. Climate change should be a non-partisan issue. Reducing emissions should be far more important than party lines or, as I imagine is more important to the current government, party donors.

Scrapping this program is not bold. It's par for the course. Being bold would mean sticking with a plan that will actually work even though it was not your own.
