I do not understand the delay. We know climate change is accelerating. We know how the emerald ash borer has spread. We know what’s going to happen. Governments have consistently played catchup with regards to environmental concerns for the last 70 years at least. The reasons for delay are not reasonable. Government failure is unfair to future generations. There should be no delay in protecting black ash in the entire province.
