The Greenbelt designation…

The Greenbelt designation was ONLY placed on private property. It must be lifted as this is illegal due to the fact that no permission was given nor any compensation. This is excessive government action on private property also a constructive taking of private property. Our provincial government is choosing to act dumb to all these facts. People who were given their crown grants before 1867 have right, title and interest vested in their land; a contract with the sovereign with no government interference. Premier Ford is disrespecting the sovereign's oath, when he was sworn into office, by ignoring crown patents prior to 1867. King Charles should be made aware of this fact!
