This is a bad municipal decision built upon a bad provincial decision. Once again, this smells like it benefits developers rather than the citizens of Ontario and the staff of the Town of Grimsby look like they're not interested in what their taxpayers think. More energy needs to go into canvasing the Public for their thoughts. This is 'red-tape reduction" at its worst.
