Contrary to our illustrious leader’s misguided opinion, we Ontarians do give “two hoots” about the Greenbelt. Has he considered that his government finally doing something right (after all these years), doesn’t motivate people to pat him on the back and give him a good old “atta boy”, but rather makes us think “wow, about time”.

So no, the Greenbelt shouldn’t be developed AT ALL; what should be happening is district rezoning so we can build urban density around a robust public transit system - that should also be building, instead of highways to the middle of nowhere.

So here you go, Doug: well done for doing the right thing for once in your stint as leader, even if it took massive public pressure and a peek behind the curtain of your shady dealings to get you there. Not shocked you don’t want your critics to have the opportunity to engage; much like a petulant toddler, your fragile ego can’t handle any questioning of your authori-TAE.
