I am concerning about book…

I am concerning about book road, shaver and Fiddlers Green area:
This change from greenbelt to urban is necessary for this area, as fallow:
1) Roads: these load are really used exactly like Garner road to help the traffic for 403. But the service now is rural service , not good asphalt, no lighting and this make it dangarous for who ever live in this blocks as cars drive so fast and road is doesn't support high traffic. How about safety of people who lives in these neighbourhoods?
2) Easy highway access: There are perfect access to highway 403 from both Fiddlers green and Shaver.
3) Farming: These land doesn't have sufficient soil minerals to grow anything as considered as farming. Soil is not nutrition anymore.
4) Airport: Easy access to airport
5) Shopping: Meadowland area is so crowded and now this new area will be great help to bring population to this area as there are new plaza that can be helpful for shopping and avoid crowded area of meadowland.
6) City: This is great to be part of urban as it brings more property tax ( Income) to our city and it is for benefit of all Hamilton residences.
7) They added book road block to Greenbelt without any notice few years ago that it was unaccepted as non of residence are happy.

We need to be realistic these areas must be added to urban areas and must be removed from Greenbelt.
