I am extremely concerned…

I am extremely concerned that the province is cancelling the Climate Change Mitigation and Low-carbon Economy Act. We need a serious effort to lower our carbon output and we need it now. Cancelling this act is like pushing on the accelerator when we need to be pressing the brakes. Please read the IPCC special report 2018. Immediate action is required by everyone - it will not be easy but it is necessary.

We should be drastically reducing our carbon output while at the same time pushing to make our province more robust to environmental damage and disruption to the status quo. We must start acting now.
