I am deeply concerned with the results of the recent UN report on climate and feel strongly that eliminating this cap and trade program without creating a substitute that incentivizes carbon reduction and punishes carbon excesses will result in accelerated global destruction and mass death. The government of Ontario will have blood on it's hands and the neglect of the PC party to heed their warnings will make Hydro One scandal look like a tempest in a teapot.
