Toronto waste should stay within in the borders of Toronto and not become another towns burden to bare. The dump zoning is up against Mollys Creek, which then leads into the Sydneham. This opens up the possibility for further pollution of our waterways. Then there is air pollution. As the Watford dump has a consistent, wretched, smell causing disturbance in quality of living. Time spent outside on the property is based around the strength of the odour which is produced from the dump. The dump, in summer weather is a hazard for fires, as the waste heats up under the sun heat and then ignites a fire, as this is a problem with the Watford dump. This would be a waste towards taxpayers money, towards the fire departments time, efforts, and resources. As well Kent county, is not Torontos waste bin.
