This proposed facility is no where near a 400 series road. These trucks will be running through rural, small communities, that are not prepared for and do not have the infrastructure to accommodate this kind of volume of heavy commercial traffic.
That fact combined with the fact that the residents of the area are strongly apposed to this development, should be considered and discussed in open forum.
