I am against the proposal to allow YORK1 to develop and reopen the old closed Dresden dump site. This site is 1km away from a historic town, and Dresden has 2 public schools within 2 kms. Also there are several homes and businesses within the surrounding area of the proposed dump/recycling facility.
We are a agricultural community that thrives on the resources of the land. We need to preserve our communities income sources.
We also need to protect the land from predators who are trying to destroy our planet. There are so many species that are on the endangered species list who need protection that live in Mollys creek and the Sydenham River.
Please stop the development of the Dresden site and save our town, land and wildlife
