What is required is less development not more. There are people that like remote adventure with the ability to observe wildlife. If left alone it encourages wild life to remain in their habitat undisturbed. This then allows visitors to observe them in their natural state. Once development occures everthing changes for the worst in the long term. There are plenty of other parks that exist with many amenities that some people want. Leave this one to be wild.
