For your consideration in response to Environmental Registry of Ontario (ERO) Posting Numbers 019-8366, 019-8368, 019-8369, 019-8370, 019-8371 and 019-8515, please find attached Staff Report FSD-024-24 representing Clarington’s Draft Municipal comments on the Cutting Red Tape to Build More Homes Act, 2024 (Bill 185). On May 6, 2024, General Government Committee adopted the recommendations included in Staff Report FSD-024-24, subject to ratification by Council on May 27, 2024.
