It is an important policy, since the province is lacking 1.5M homes to be built between now and 2031. Premier Ford is taking a very important and crucial step forward by bracing for an influx and immigrant and the natural growth of Ontario's population, thus any forthcoming investment in roads (Highway 413, Bradford Bypass, etc), gas pipelines and homes would be welcome.
