I am a resident of the area and I am not in favour of the proposed buildings on Langstaff Rd. Building of that size in that area would make getting around almost impossible, infrastructure in the area will not be suitable to accommodate the number of potential residents. This project should be moved to highway 7 where there are existing high rise residential buildings. The proposed area will be better suited for townhouses and not high rise.
