I have just learned that there is a possibility that 4 apartment buildings of 32+ storeys will be built on Langstaff and Hwy400 by using the MZO tool. There is much to be considered regarding this location.
There is an onramp to the 400 at their doorstep. We have so much traffic already that there is much gridlock and traffic issues increasing daily.
This is not a residential area and it doesn't have necessary amenities. We are forgetting to do things for the right reasons and properly, and considering the present and future problems that may happen.
Seems as though the landowner is the only winner while the rest of us are left with poor planning.
