I can't believe that putting 4 32+storey apartment buildings on Langstaff and Hwy400 is a good idea.
The traffic is already a big problem. These buildings would be so close to the 400 onramp.
Using this new MZO tool allows approval without planning. Makes no sense to me.
The land on that side of Weston Rd. is industrial. There are no amenities. They are isolated. Will the necessary services work or fail?
Necessary studies and planning for the safety of everyone is most important.
Let's not do things that will create problems later.
